As the founder and CEO of Nia Education Group, Dr. Ian is dedicated to empowering leaders through strategic coaching and professional development. He is also the author of KING: Four-Part Leadership Framework for Black Men, a powerful guide to navigating leadership and personal growth. His work centers on fostering excellence, equity, and empowerment, particularly within Career and Technical Education.
